This course is designed for you to do one video a day. They range from 3 minutes to 30 minutes. This way you can process and intergrade what is being taught and the activities you are learning. This also helps you from feeling to overwhelmed. Another reason is, that this is making you actually get into the practice of sitting down and doing something for you every single day.. taking the time for your wellness.. so you are not forced to take time for a "Dis-Ease" There is reason for this madness! In this course we focus on getting you started on your healing journey, this is a long adventure but we are here to provide you with the tools and healing sessions you need to get started and get things moving. There are guided activities, journal prompts, guided meditations, sound healings and extra meditations and energy work that you can add on. You do not have to be stuck in misery due to your past, or events that happened in your past. If I can come back, so can you. You deserve to be happy and free of burdens. You deserve to be proud of who you are and live for you.
I created this course because I was tired of being told I had to live with my past, and that it just takes time.. or.. it's not possible to feel whole after trauma.. This is not true. That is a belief placed on you to keep you down. We are here to rise up.
I have created meditations and activities to help you work through your past, combining these with spiritual methods to not only heal your mind but clear your aura and spiritual body of these traumas. Cutting cords to things that no longer serve you, releasing old patterns and helping your subconscious understand why people may have limited you or told you that you were not worthy.
